Biography

Dr. Colby is a research scientist at Soar Technology, Inc., with active research interests in instructional system design, intelligent tutoring systems, and educational technology. Brice received his PhD (2020) and M.S. (2017) in Instructional Psychology and Technology from Brigham Young University’s David O. McKay School of Education where he researched the use of modular architectures for enhancing intelligent tutoring systems. Dr. Colby also holds a B.S. (2012) in Psychology from Utah State.
