Biography

Laura Hogg is the Disposal Strategy Manager for the NDA. Laura is the strategic authority for Disposal, and a member of the IWM Strategy Team. The teams core responsibility to it to set the integrated waste strategy for the NDA Group. Previous to her role with NDA, Laura spent 17 years working for a number of UK licensees in waste management. Laura is experienced in all aspects of waste management from generation, through characterisation, catogerisation, treatment, packaging, storage, and disposal / alternative management routes. In 2022, Laura completed a secondment to the Scottish Government Radioactive Substances team providing support to them for their HAW Policy and Strategy development work.
