Biography

During her 20 years working for Orano, Cecile Evans has held various positions in both the front end and back end of the fuel cycle with experiences in operations, industrial planning, sales and marketing. She is currently Marketing and Strategic Development Director responsible for Orano’s used fuel management, D&D and waste management activities. She is also the Project Coordinator of the French multi-recycling in LWRs R&D Programme. She has many years of experience in international cooperation on nuclear fuel cycle options, spent fuel management, waste management and decommissioning from her work with the IAEA, OECD-NEA, SFEN and WNA.
