Biography

Marc Fialkoff is a Nuclear Security Research Staff Member at Oak Ridge National Laboratory where his work supports countries in developing transport security regulations for nuclear and other radioactive materials. Dr. Fialkoff serves as a subject matter expert to the International Atomic Energy Agency and Member States in the development of transport security regulations and regulatory matters associated with Floating Nuclear Power Plants. Dr. Fialkoff earned his Ph.D. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Planning, Governance, and Globalization and his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, focusing on maritime law.
