Biography

Henri LE MONIES de SAGAZAN, nuclear engineer, is the head of the Cigéo team for EDF in the Nuclear Decommissioning and Waste Management Division. After 15 years of experience in nuclear power plants in functions related to safety, operation, outage management and maintenance, he joined the Group Audit Department as an audit manager. He was then Project Manager for the construction of new crisis centers for EDF's existing nuclear fleet before joining his current position in charge of Long-lived ILW and HLW.
