Biography

Brent Dixon works at the Idaho National Laboratory as the National Technical Director for Systems Analysis & Integration within the DOE Office of Nuclear Energy. In this role, he directs multi-laboratory efforts to assess the technical and economic potential of current and advanced nuclear technologies and fuel cycles and their place in evolving national and global energy systems. He has also served as the U.S. representative on a number of international working parties, technical groups and collaborative projects at the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency and the International Atomic Energy Agency. He holds a BS from the Massachusetts Institute and has 43 years of experience at the INL.
