Biography

Mr. Chapman brings over 20 years of technical expertise in reactor operations, commercial and defense nuclear facility safety, regulatory affairs, and licensing to the X-energy team. He is a charismatic leader and advocate for implementing safety design approaches for advanced reactors and facilitating more predictable, efficient, and effective licensing activities across projects and markets. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds master's degrees from Old Dominion and University of Maryland.
