Biography

Ms. Roberts is a public outreach and regulatory expert with 23 years of environmental compliance and technical experience related to regulatory compliance. This includes 20 years of experience in New Mexico managing, coordinating and communicating between State and Federal agencies (EPA, DOE), the New Mexico Congressional delegation, State legislators and a wide range of stakeholders, including activist groups and local Indian Pueblos. She was previously the Resource Protection Division Director at the New Mexico Environment Department where she had primary regulatory oversight for all three Department of Energy facilities (e.g., LANL, WIPP and Sandia) in New Mexico.
