Biography

Pat Flood is a Senior Advisor at the TN Department of Environment and Conservation. In this role he works in several programs, including TDEC’s oversight of TVA’s CCR effort and the CERCLA effort aimed at the clean-up and reindustrialization at DOE’s Oak Ridge Reservation. Prior to joining TDEC, he worked as a consultant in the Solid Waste industry. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (specializing in Geotechnical Engineering) from Purdue University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Clemson University.
