Biography

Roger joined BNFL at Sellafield in 2002. Initially working as part of project delivery teams and then as engineering manager for several high priority facilities. He began working closely with the Japanese nuclear industry in 2009 through his involvement with Sellafield MOX fuel fabrication facility. In 2014 he became head of external affair and in 2025 became head of enterprise strategy bringing it together international relations and G6 collaborative working. Previously he has worked in the aerospace and automotive industries.
