Biography

Matt Frost is the Director of Waste Management at the Y-12 National Security Complex, managed by Consolidated Nuclear Security. He has more than 32 years of DOE waste management experience, having supported all sites on the Oak Ridge Reservation, along with Paducah and Portsmouth. His organization of over 100 personnel (including a Waste Management Services subcontractor) provides responsive support to ensure safe and compliant cradle to grave management of Y-12 waste, encompassing effective waste minimization and high quality, cost efficient characterization, packaging, storage, shipment, treatment and disposal.
