Biography

Joseph Sena is N3B Los Alamos’s Water Program Oversight Director. Joseph is responsible for the management and implementation of the Water Program’s scope and mission, as well as the oversight of its critical subcontractors. Joseph previously served as deputy director for N3B’s Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Remediation Program for N3B’s Environmental Remediation Program activities. He was the responsible line manager for all RCRA Remediation Program field activities. Joseph has 20 years of experience in environmental remediation and management. Prior to working with N3B Los Alamos, Joseph worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
