Biography

Karen is the Senior Vice President for Jacobs' Energy, Security & Technology business unit, leading Jacobs' global portfolio of nuclear power and decommissioning work as well as work supporting security and technology advancement outside of the U.S. She is responsible for the operational excellence, business growth, talent development and financial performance of the business unit. With more than 30 years of experience in the nuclear industry, Karen is a recognized leader with expertise in program management, environmental remediation, nuclear operations, strategic planning, and culture change. Karen received her Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining from the Colorado School of Mines.
