Biography

Kenyon Taylor serves as the Small Business Liaison Officer for Fluor Mission Solutions. In this role, Ms. Taylor is responsible for the Mission Solutions’ Small Business Program, ensuring it is managed compliantly and in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), other applicable laws, and corporate policies and guidelines. Ms. Taylor joined Fluor Mission Solutions in November 2020, after serving twenty-one years with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Ms. Taylor managed the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) Program for their Northwest/Arctic Region for fourteen years of her tenure. Ms. Taylor is also a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran.
