Biography

Currently, Bill Badger is the Business Development Director for Amentum’s National Security (NS) business group and is responsible for development and management of strategic engineering & design pursuits, counter threat opportunities, as well as leading large Tier-1 U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) pursuits. Bill has more than 25 years’ experience in program management, sales and communications experience in the nuclear industry. He also has expertise in strategic planning, capture management, stakeholder engagement, and socioeconomic and community transition. Bill was also the media and community relations’ coordinator for the Rocky Flats Closure site.
