Biography

Tom Fletcher is the Assistant Manager/Federal Project Director for the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project at the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of River Protection in Richland, Washington. Mr. Fletcher works closely with the Office of Environmental Management, department field offices, national laboratories, and project contractors ensuring smooth and efficient project execution and resolution of the project’s technical issues. With over 20 years of experience Mr. Fletcher has managed nuclear operations, construction, deactivation/demolition, and environmental remediation.
