Biography

Mr. Rousseau has served the past 14 years in Orano executive positions ranging from Director of a Business Unit at AREVA-TA in France, Executive VP for international projects, COO of MOX Services, LLC at the Savannah River Site, and most recently as Sr. VP of Operations at OFS corporate headquarters. To date, he has held P&L responsibility for approximately 50 nuclear and non-nuclear projects, including several EPC and waste retrieval and management projects at Orano’s La Hague facility in France, and for multiple US and international customers. He is now Chief Strategic Projects Officer at Orano Federal Services.
