Biography

Young Ophthalmologist with Specialization in Glaucoma and Cataract Surgery. Born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, doing Medicine School at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and Ophthalmology Residency at the Dr. Elias Santana Hospital endorsed by the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). Obtained the degrees of Sub-specialty in Glaucoma and Expert in Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery at the Clínica Unidad Láser del Atlántico in Barranquilla, Colombia. Winner of a scholarship from the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) to do the Glaucoma Fellowship at Mayo Clinic Florida, Jacksonville, USA.
