Mr. Abdul-Razak Suleman
Biography
Abdul-Razak is a versatile and passionate researcher dedicated to making generational impacts. He is a PhD candidate and a casual academic at the School of Business and Law, Edith Cowan University (ECU). He is also a sessional academic at Murdoch University, a research network member of the USAID-RTAC, and an HDR member of ECU's Strategic Research Centre for People, Place & Planet. Prior to joining ECU, he was an adjunct lecturer and an HRM consultant in Ghana. His research interests and publications span diverse topics, including Green HRM Practices, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Organisational Leadership and Development, and Employee Wellbeing. He is a social mixer who enjoys interacting with people and bringing his unique perspectives to the table. Through his academic journey and scientific inquiries, Abdul-Razak aims to contribute towards creating positive organisational/societal change and leaving a lasting legacy for generations yet unborn.
