Robert J. Noecker, MD, MBA is an internationally known glaucoma expert practicing at Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut who specializes in cataract and micro-invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGs). He is currently an
Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the Yale University School of Medicine and is a Clinical Professor of Surgery at the Frank Netter School of Medicine of Quinnipiac University. He did his undergraduate work at MIT, medical school at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill,
residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Arizona and Fellowship in glaucoma at Tufts University in Boston.
Dr. Noecker has performed clinical research on most products and devices used in modern glaucoma treatment and he collaborates globally in developing new materials and technology for use in ocular therapy. He has been voted a “Best Doctor in America” every year for the past decade. He
teaches annually at major eye meetings has lectured in over 40 countries throughout the world.
