Angel Ramos-Garcia, Ph.D. Consultant, Engineer ERM Inc. Dr. Angel Ramos-Garcia is a Consultant Engineer at ERM Inc., where he supports project teams in the implementation of remedial strategies to help clients achieve their environmental remediation goals. His work focuses on developing and executing effective solutions tailored to site-specific challenges. Dr. Ramos-Garcia earned his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Cajeme (ITESCA) in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, Mexico. He holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina, USA.
