Sara Longo is an ESL educator and instructional leader in Trenton Public Schools, where she supports multilingual learners and educators through inclusive, student-centered practices. She is an Apple Distinguished Educator and Apple Learning Coach, and her work centers on designing intentional supports that bridge gaps in language development while empowering students to engage in authentic problem solving and leadership.
Sara collaborates with educators to create culturally responsive, technology-enhanced learning environments that amplify student voice and honor linguistic identity. She has led professional learning at the school, district, and national levels, sharing strategies that elevate multilingual learners while strengthening instruction for all students.
She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and is committed to advocating for equitable, innovative learning experiences that ensure every student’s voice is valued and heard.
Beyond her professional work, Sara is a proud mom of two and values time with her family and the experiences that bring meaning to her work.
She continues to champion opportunities that empower students, support educators, and strengthen school communities through equity, innovation, and authentic student voice.
