Biography

Jeff Martin is the Program Manager for Denver Water’s Gross Reservoir Expansion
Project. Martin is focused on collaborative development of water infrastructure that
creates long-term water supply solutions while balancing environmental and social
impacts.
Martin is an industry leader in program management and alternative delivery methods
for the execution of large-scale water development projects. He has been with Denver
Water for the last fifteen years and is the Program Manager for the Gross Reservoir
Expansion Project, which will help Denver Water increase water collection system
resiliency and balance while providing environmental benefits for the state.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado
Boulder (1999), received a Master’s degree in Management at CU-Denver’s Business
School (2016), is certified as a Program Management Professional, and an innovation
leader in CM/GC project delivery.
