Lone Star Analysis
Ryne Spears is Programs Manger of Training Solutions within Lone Star’s Operational Optimization Solutions business line.
He is responsible for the development of all training-based optimization solutions to include the Executive Decision Model and the Lifecycle Enhanced Asset Decision Solutions for AETC
Mr. Spears started with the company in June 2017 immediately following his degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering from the University of north Texas. He has worked on many projects in his time at Lone Star including real-time analytics of vehicle assets, maintenance manning modeling, and manufacturing/production optimization.
Ryne has served as Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Project Manager during his tenure at Lone Star.
