Eric Ultes is the Integrated Solution Lead Manager of Training Systems for CAE Defense & Security, based in Sherwood, Arkansas. He is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating integrated learning systems inclusive of people, policies & process, and tools & technology to achieve targeted business outcomes. Eric is a U.S. Air Force veteran and C-130E/H/J loadmaster, with 3,635.4 flight hours, including 562.1 instructor/evaluator hours and 698.5 combat hours and experience in Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) as well as Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) flight test experience in support of E/H/MC-130E/H/J, C-17, and CV-22 airframes at Edwards AFB. Eric joined CAE in 2011, bringing subject matter expertise, program management, and instructional systems design approach to address current and future customer needs to address evolving requirements. He has an Associates of Science in Instructor of Technology, Military Science, an Associates of Science in Aviation Operations, is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Quality Auditor trained, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
