Biography

Peter Sehl joined the BEUMER group in 2020 as Director of Sales Mining and Conveying & Loading. He graduated as Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University RWTH in Aachen, Germany and has over 20 years of experience in the Mining and Material Handling industries. Peter started to work at Krupp Fördertechnik, Germany, and then continued his career at thyssenkrupp in the US while holding positions as General Manager; Head of Sales and Executive Vice President – Mining Technologies. As a subject matter expert for conveyor drive technologies Peter introduced the ground-breaking technology of Gearless Drives into the global conveyor industry.
