Biography

Mr. Clemons has 13 years of Project Management experience working at the Oak Ridge Reservation for the U.S. Department of Energy. He has a vast experience of a multitude of projects including remedial action, demolition, and construction, as well as operations of highly complex projects such as the U-233 Disposition project, a Hazard Category 2 nuclear facility. His experience encompasses both operations and capital asset projects, which he has successfully implemented and completed both within cost and schedule thresholds. Mr. Clemons has also participated and led reviews for the U.S. Department of Energy-Headquarters and the Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management.
