Biography

Simon is Senior Lead for Systems Engineering & Requirements at Nuclear Waste Services (NWS) where he leads a team responsible for managing requirements and developing systems engineering capabilities for projects across the waste lifecycle. His career spans 30 years in engineering and project management roles within the defence and nuclear sectors, including submarine dismantling, reactor decommissioning and the UK's Geological Disposal Facility programme. He is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Chartered Project Professional and a Member of the International Committee on Systems Engineering (INCOSE).
