Biography

Mark Hilyard, P.G., is a Senior Geologist with over 30 years of environmental consulting experience and has been focused on site characterization and fate and transport of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in the environment since 2015. He supports Preliminary Site Assessment, Site Inspection, Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study activities for US Air Force, US Navy, US Army Corps of Engineers, and US DOE. He participates in the Emerging Contaminant and the PFAS Subject Matter Expert working groups within Jacobs and has been an adjunct faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University since 2017.
