Biography

Jeroen Winterink is a licensed professional engineer with over 35 years of design and management experience of hazardous and low level waste projects located throughout North America. Jeroen has been with GHD since 1993 and is currently engineer of record for the Port Hope Highland Drive Landfill waste removal project, groundwater collection and treatment project and the Long Term Waste Management Facility. As part of the Highland Drive landfill project design, he developed the approach and procedures that were accepted and successfully implemented to reuse the non-LLRW as fill material to restore the landfill following removal of the LLRW.
