Biography

Lareatha H. Clay, a Beaumont native, has over 12 years of management experience with AT&T and 6 years as Managing Partner of Omni Business Enterprises, Inc. With over 25 years as a Training and HR Consultant with PRM Consulting, she has collaborated with Fortune 100 corporations, small businesses, government entities, and nonprofits. Her work with Houston I.S.D and Harris County led to the creation of a community school/wraparound program in Northeast Houston. Clay holds a BBA and an MA in Human Resource Development Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR-Emeritus).
