Biography

My name is Stuart Bartlett, and I am a Senior Environmental Compliance Specialist with RSI EnTech, Contractor to the Department of Energy Office of Legacy Management. I have worked in the environmental management field for nearly 19 years in various capacities including field scientist, regulator, and compliance specialist. I have experience in a wide range of environmental media including air, hazardous waste, solid waste, stormwater, wastewater, wetlands, cultural resources, and natural resources. I have a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Stetson University. I currently reside in Jacksonville, Florida.
