Biography

A chemist with 35 years of experience as a researcher and program manager with various DOE programs, Grace worked 30+ years at Sandia National Laboratories where she managed programs and developed solutions in nuclear weapons production R&D, nuclear nonproliferation technology R&D, and in support of WIPP performance assessment, RCRA and NEPA regulatory compliance, environmental technology R&D, and collaboration with DOD partners. After retirement, she joined TechSource, Inc., as a Nuclear Security Enterprise subject matter expert and Weapons Knowledge Preservation & Transfer instructor.
