Biography

Victor Medina is a highly skilled Environmental Engineer with over 30 years of experience. He is the Owner of Medina Environmental Consulting & Solutions, a minority owned small business focusing on providing subject matter expertise for challenging environmental problems and developing new environmental technologies. Previously, Medina was a Senior Level (DB5/GS15) research engineer at the Army Engineer Research and Development Center, where he developed technologies and approaches for military contamination and water treatment issues, including Depleted Uranium and radioisotopes. Medina has developed mobile water treatment systems for PFAS removal and treatment of Chem/Bio/Rad decontamination water. He is also exploring basalt for environmental applications.
