Biography

Gabriel has over seven years of experience within the Buffalo District. Gabriel is currently a project manager within the US Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District FUSRAP (Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program). This position entails the leadership of FUSRAP Mega Projects where he leads the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects that includes the remediation of former Manhattan Project sites. The role includes comprehensive oversight of project activities, including risk management, resource allocation, budgeting, and maintaining alignment with strategic goals. Gabriel leads internal teams and contractors to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and successful completion of the project.
