Biography

Steph serves as the Growth Lead within the Nuclear Team at Atkins Realis. With 8 years of experience on Infrastructure projects,  she led the creation of a team of ground modelers and has won multiple awards for her project contributions. She has vast experience data management, various soft computing software and supporting teams to adopt technology. In her role as Growth Lead; she advocates for leveraging technology and digital solutions to solve problems and strengthen individuals ability to work.
