Biography

Chris has an engineering graduate education from Canada and France. He has worked on complex technical projects in an international setting all his career, in the automotive, energy and nuclear industries in North America, Asia and Europe. He started working in the nuclear industry in 2008 as an international project manager at ORANO’s MELOX plant in France, before joining the IAEA in 2011, where he has been working as a safeguards statistical data analyst since. In this role, he has developed a deep understanding of nuclear material flows and processes, their measurement and accounting in all types of nuclear fuel cycle facilities.
