A Business Director with over 20 years’ nuclear experience, leading 150 staff across 5 areas, 3 labs, and 15 teams in radioactive waste management, safety case, geoscience, materials science, programme management, and environmental services. Project Executive across a variety of radioactive waste management and disposal projects, covering consulting, site investigations, multidisciplinary safety cases, characterisation, technology demonstrations, materials/components testing, and software development. Operational lead and sponsor for Amentum campaigns including Integrated Waste Management. Key clients include the NDA (UK), NWS (UK), Sellafield (UK), NRS (UK), EDF (France and UK), Rolls-Royce, NAGRA (Switzerland), Ondraf/Niras (Belgium), NDF (Japan), SKB (Sweden), and ARWA (Australia).
