Biography

Younes Benarafa holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master in Business Administration, with over 23 years of experience in the nuclear industry. He has held key roles in project management, strategy, and business development in France and internationally, working with AREVA, Orano, and NUVIA. He has been involved in nuclear projects across all phases, from engineering design and operation to decommissioning and waste management, for both nuclear fuel cycle facilities and reactors. With over seven years in decommissioning and waste management, he is committed to delivering practical, safe, and efficient solutions for the industry’s evolving challenges.
