Currently employed as Technology Development Integration Manager. Responsible for identifying, securing funding, and supporting development and ensuring field implementation of new technologies to address D&D and operational hazards. Lead a team that accomplished the first ever successful demonstration of a safe and fieldable chemical solution for mercury vapor suppression at Y-12. Have been responsible for bench scale testing and other laboratory testing to determine the efficacy of novel uses of existing COTS products and that my team is currently field testing to eliminate mercury vapors ensuring a safer working environment for workers. Responsible for managing the procurement, staffing, development and scheduling of all field testing of new technologies.
