Biography

A leader in major portfolio and programme management, Martin Parlett is Project Director, Decommissioning, within Amentum's National Security Team. Previously, as Head of the national Programme Management Office for the Government of Montserrat, he was responsible for overseeing the country’s ambitious portfolio of post-volcanic transformational change, including major infrastructure and non-infrastructure redevelopment. Prior to his Caribbean posting, he developed the Enterprise Portfolio Office, and portfolio management framework, for $2.5bn of annual public investment at Sellafield Ltd – Europe’s most complex nuclear site. A graduate of Oxford, Martin has earned a global reputation for value creation across high-risk, high-value major projects and programmes in highly regulated and constrained environments.
