Biography

Dr. Kelly is a staff scientist at the Savannah River Site in the Nuclear & Chemical Processing Division and Analytical Characterization Group. His expertise is in the development and deployment of systems for online monitoring for radiological and critical process signatures in the Savannah River Site’s H-Canyon and the Savannah River Tritium Enterprise. His work supports NNSA and DOE-EM programs focusing on hydrogen isotopes and actinide sciences to provide engineering-scale processing capabilities. He has a B.S. degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Biochemistry.
