Biography

Principal Investigator, Savannah River National Laboratory. B.S. and M.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University. During the first 6 years of his career, Mr. Hausrath performed research in areas related to the chemical strengthening of glass. The next 18 years were spent working in the glass fiber reinforcement and composite industry developing new glass fiber compositions and products. Mr. Hausrath joined Savannah River National Laboratory in January of 2024 and has been focused on projects related to environmental management.
