College Partner, Curriculum, and Pipeline Development Lead for the SRS Apprenticeship Program, bringing technical expertise and a strong background in education to apprentice development. Since joining SRS in 2019, she gained hands-on experience in Tritium operations, qualifying as a Material Test Facility Life Storage Operator and Laboratory Technician, with 75% completion toward Reservoir First Line Manager qualification. Her technical experience complements her 16 years in education, where she developed curriculum and led training programs. With a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction (2017), she now focuses on aligning technical skills training with nuclear safety and operational excellence.
