Biography

Matthieu De Campos holds a PhD in materials chemistry, specializing in cementitious materials (Portland cement, magnesium phosphate cement, calcium aluminate cement) and uranium chemistry. He held a post-doctoral position at the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA), which enabled him to expand his knowledge of geopolymers and specific nuclear waste management. These experiences have led him to focus on the interaction between nuclear waste and the cement matrix. Presently, he is a R&D manager at NUVIA Process, specialized in nuclear waste management (decontamination and stabilization/solidification).
