Biography

Steve Thomas is a seasoned program manager at SAIC with extensive experience in supporting DOE programs, specializing in program integration, quality improvement and business development. He successfully managed a large research facility contract for SAIC, overseeing diverse technical resources and ensuring customer satisfaction. Steve also held key project management and systems management roles with the SEC and the Bureau of Census, leading infrastructure teams and managing end-user computing services.
