Biography

Reuben Panter is a Waste Innovation Research Scientist based at the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), working within the Tritium Fuel Cycle division. Their research focuses on the detritiation of fusion materials, supporting the advancement of sustainable fusion energy and preparations for decommissioning the Joint European Torus (JET). With a background in nuclear decommissioning and waste management, they have 4 plus years of experience in the Nuclear and Nuclear Defence industries, and have been with UKAEA for past 1.5 years.
