Biography

Emily Woronchak is a Waste Characterization Specialist at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL), where she has been in her role for nearly 2 years. Although relatively new to the nuclear industry, Emily has played a key role in the development of the Near Surface Disposal Facility (NSDF) Waste Certification Program and has led a pilot of the program over the past year. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Assessment.
