Max Melvin is the Manager of Laboratory Projects at the 222-S Laboratory on the Hanford Site in Washington state. He leads a team of project managers, construction managers, and project engineers to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from small corrective maintenance to more complex undertakings such as the Hot Cell Window Replacement Project. Max holds a BS in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and a PMP certification. He brings extensive experience in managing complex projects within the unique demands of an operating laboratory environment at the Hanford Site.
