Dr. Bryan Foley received his Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry from Texas A&M University prior to joining SRNL as a postdoctoral researcher in 2020. Upon his arrival at SRNL, Dr. Foley became involved in a myriad of NA-22 plutonium science and nuclear forensics projects. Since late 2021, Dr. Foley has been supporting CBRNE Test & Evaluation efforts within the DHS. Dr. Foley, now a staff scientist, is the principal investigator for a reference particle production program creating actinide particulate reference material for the International Atomic Energy Agency. Since late 2023, Dr. Foley has been supporting a GAIN project through DOE-NE.
